Mycodelic Forest – An Update on your Stewards Allocation

Dear Trevor,

We’ve got a couple important things to share so please read through this whole email!

First off: we want to thank you! You are the architects of the city, the builders of the shade, and the hosts of the party. We know that without your sweat equity, Black Rock City is just a dusty, empty lakebed. Here is a video from our 2025 team thanking you for being amazing contributors to our fine city! Click on the image below to play it through YouTube 👇.

Next: $550 Ticket Distribution Plan. As you know, prices for tickets to BRC this year are tiered and the lowest price level of $550 is in limited supply. Rather than have those snatched up on a random first-come first-served basis, we are offering $550 tickets directly to each returning theme camp. Yes, that means you! We know that ticket anxiety is real, and the costs of bringing your camp to BRC are rising. Every camp deserves more support, so this is one attempt in helping where we can.

We are guaranteeing at least one $550 for every theme camp returning to BRC in 2026. Additionally, we are able to provide two or more to nearly 40% of returning camps based on camp size, tenure in BRC, and equity. We hope that this provides a little financial relief to your camp members that need it. You’re welcome to assign the $550 ticket(s) to yourself, too.

For the upcoming Stewards Sale, Mycodelic Forest will receive:

  • 2 $550 tickets
  • 18 $675 tickets
  • 10 $165 vehicle passes

As noted in our ticket award email sent to you last week, tickets and vehicle passes will be distributed with the Allocator this year which will allow you to assign one to multiple tickets and vehicle passes per buyer. No more headaches of the 2 tickets per 1 invite to sort out. We changed this after years of feedback to make it easier for you to distribute your camp’s tickets, so we hope you feel this relief!

Look out for more information tomorrow from our Ticketing team with specific instructions about how to access and distribute your camp’s tickets and vehicle passes. As always, if you have any questions, you can write to us at [email protected] and be sure to have your camp’s name in the subject line.

We’re so grateful you’re ready to participate in this wild experiment again! Thanks again for all you do!
